RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Lastwolf® will give you the best. Pretty simple, right? If you have ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your first order for free within the contiguous U.S. so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases, stains, scratches, decoloring, cigarette or cigar smell, etc.), and in its original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted and product returned within 10 natural days counting from the day of receiving your purchase. Lastwolf will not accept returns or exchanges that exceed this period of time.
  3. Subsequent exchanges need to be approved by Lastwolf Customer Care and shipping will be at customer charge. On subsequent exchanges, returns can not be accepted.
  4. Lastwolf reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Any returned product that do not meet the criteria for return or exchange can be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
  5. Returns or exchanges can not be accepted on less than $50.00 usd orders, custom made products, on products sold on final sale and/or products bought with 50% discount or more. Clearance or final sales do not apply to custom made products.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return / exchange and has been validated by our QA team,  please allow 2 weeks for an exchange, a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.


Final Sale

Any items purchased as close out or final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
