Returns & Exchanges

At Lastwolf®, we’re committed to giving you the best. Simple as that. If you ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can exchange or return your first order for free within the contiguous U.S., as long as:

  1. Your item is unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition (meaning no creases, stains, scratches, discoloration, cigarette or cigar smell, etc.) and comes in its original packaging.
  2. Your return or exchange request is submitted, and the product is sent back within 10 calendar days from the day you received your order. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this timeframe won’t be accepted.
  3. For any exchanges beyond the first one, you’ll need approval from our Customer Care team, and shipping costs will be covered by you. Additional exchanges will not be eligible for returns.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria. If a returned item doesn’t qualify, we can send it back to you at your expense.
  5. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:
    • Orders under $50 USD
    • Custom-made products
    • Items marked as final sale
    • Items purchased at a 50% discount or more
    • Clearance or final sale items (custom-made products are excluded from final sales)
  6. If your item is returned without its original tags or packaging, or if it arrives damaged, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Depending on what’s missing or the condition of the item, a restocking, repair, or cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received your return / exchange and has been validated by our QA team,  please allow 2 weeks for an exchange, a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.

Final Sale

Any items purchased as close out or final sale may not be returned or exchanged.

 

TAILOR-MADE

  • Owning the right special leather jacket shouldn't be a hassle, so if you think you require a jacket made especially for you, our Tailor-Made Jacket option is your right option.
  • We will provide you with all the necessary information so you can take and provide the measurements you require in a very simple way.

    Lastwolf will produce the selected jacket by the specifications and measurements you will provide to us. Since this will be a one-of-a-kind jacket specially manufactured for you by one of our leather masters, certain conditions apply:

    1. We will ensure your tailor-made jacket complies with the best quality materials as well as the measurements provided by our customers, however, since your jacket will be a unique piece, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. We strongly recommend not to rush taking your own measurements, have someone assist you, and double-check them.
    2. We will produce your jacket especially for you with patience and dedication. Your order will have 30 days of shipping time after the order is placed.
    3. Please consider that specials, promotions, and discount codes do not apply to tailor-made products.
    4. A Lastwolf executive will be always in touch with you to answer all your questions along the process.
    5. Available jackets for tailor-made will be shown in the Taylor-Made Section. If your style is not listed in this section, means that the model is not available for customization.
