4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Lastwolf offers free shipping, free returns, and free exchanges on eligible orders within our designated service areas. All orders are shipped using reputable and professional carrier services selected at Lastwolf’s sole discretion.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and safe for delivery. Lastwolf is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Customer-requested rerouting or special delivery instructions

  • Locations deemed insecure for delivery

Any fees or losses resulting from incorrect address details may be the responsibility of the customer.

Transfer of Custody Upon Delivery

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided by the customer:

  • Custody, ownership, and risk of loss transfer to the customer immediately

  • Lastwolf is no longer responsible for the package’s security or condition

  • Lastwolf shall not be held liable for theft, loss, or damage after delivery (including, but not limited to, porch piracy)

If the carrier confirms delivery (including proof of delivery), any claims for missing or stolen items must be made directly with the carrier and/or local authorities by the customer.

Carrier Service, Delays & Investigations

Lastwolf will assist customers, when possible, in communicating with the carrier regarding delivery issues. However:

  • Investigation times and outcomes are determined solely by the carrier

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside Lastwolf’s control

Lastwolf will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated during an active carrier investigation.

5. Promotions

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
  • Custom-made products (special sizes, materials, or colors) are excluded from promotions and quoted on individual basis.
  • Gift cards and store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Orders and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
  • If an issue arises with your order upon delivery, contact our support team within 24 hours.
  • Packages with broken seals or visible damage should be refused at the time of delivery.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not liable for incorrect deliveries due to address errors.
  • Lastwolf reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or is flagged by Shopify as a potential fraudulent order. In such cases, we will notify the customer via email.
  • Any cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We are not liable for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of our products.
  • Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and included in the checkout total.
  • Pricing errors, if identified after an order has been placed, will be addressed accordingly, and we reserve the right to cancel orders impacted by pricing discrepancies.

16. Special Clause for Leather and Textile Products

  • ·       Lastwolf Apparel LLC sells leather products. As with any leather tanning process, certain substances or chemicals are required. Our leather suppliers comply with all industry safety standards and guarantee that the tanning products and processes used are safe for human use. However, if you are allergic to leather, any textile material, or have a condition that prevents you from using such materials, you must not purchase or use leather products from this site.
  •       Lastwolf Apparel LLC shall not be liable for any harm or injury caused by the use of our leather or textile products by individuals who are sensitive to these materials, whether they are aware of their sensitivity or not.
  •       Leather and textile materials are commonly used in garments worldwide, and it is the responsibility of shoppers to be aware of any allergies or conditions they may have before purchasing. Therefore, by purchasing and using Lastwolf leather or textile products, you acknowledge that it is your personal decision and accept full responsibility for their use.
  • If you have allergies or sensitivities to leather or textiles, you must refrain from purchasing and using our products.
  • Lastwolf Apparel LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or health issues arising from the use of our products.
  • Leather and textiles are commonly used worldwide, and it is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether they are suitable for personal use.
  • Lastwolf’s responsibility is limited to providing a full refund, including shipping charges, upon the immediate return of the jacket in its original condition.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in U.S. courts.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
