Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping (3-5 days) within the contiguous U.S. for all orders over $100.00 usd. We also offer free first return shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $100.00 usd Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please allow 4–10 days for shipping time on SPECIAL SALES such as BLACK FRIDAY AND CHRISTMAS SALES. In such a case, Lastwolf will use the fastest courier available.
If the product is not in stock at the time of ordering, Laswolf undertakes to ship the product free of charge within a maximum period of 10 business days. In this case, the customer will receive an email notification.
Shipping fee of orders and first returns other than contiguous U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico etc) or under $100.00 usd will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
When geographically available, expedited shipping orders might be placed, and cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders that are placed after 12pm PT will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Lastwolf Apparel LLC.
Important Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it may take slightly longer than normal to ship your order. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your order at customer service: lw@lastwolf.us
Orders shipped during high season, holidays, BLACK FRIDAY SALES or severe weather events may also take longer due to excess cargo in the couriers, flight delays or road conditions.

Address Changes.
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your jacket arrives to you as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We will do our best to change the shipping address; however, depending on the status of the shipping process, address changes may be subject to a change order fee of us$20.00
Lastwolf will ship to the address as indicated as SHIPPING ADDRESS by the customer. It is full responsibility of the customer to input a correct and valid address for delivery of a conventional nationwide carrier. Lastwolf will not be held responsible for delays, returns or product lost caused by a wrong / invalid address.
Lastwolf will do all possible to change an address, however, once the package is delivered to a carrier, this procedure will be subject to the carrier's procedures and policies.
